Sagamore of the Wabash Award

Among the many awards Dr. Chuck has received, is the Sagamore of the Wabash. This was presented to Dr. Chuck in 2015 by then Governor Mike Pence, for his humanitarian healthcare work through his global non-profit, Timmy Global Health and for his work in support of House Bill 1145 – Medical Shield. In 2013 Dr. Chuck was part of Serve Indiana through Governor Mike Pence and the Indiana Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives.

The award is the highest honor, which the Governor of Indiana bestows. It is a personal tribute usually given to those who have rendered a distinguished service to the state or to the governor. Among these who have received Sagamores have been astronauts, presidents, ambassadors, artists, musicians, politicians, and ordinary citizens who have contributed greatly to our Hoosier heritage.
